As I talked about in my last post, it can be really hard to not like modern media. You see all of the movies with your favorite actors, of course rated R. You see all the new albums coming out, more often than not, explicit. So, in response to the last post, here is a list of all of my favorite artists, TV shows, and movies that aren't alternatives for me. If given the option, I think these media outlets are far better than some of the popular choices today.

As a Christian today, especially as a teenager, it feels like everywhere I turn there is something else that I shouldn't be watching, something that I shouldn't be listening too. It is amazingly hard to be like the Bible says: in the world, but not of it. How ever are we supposed to be that metaphorical boat above the world's water when all you see below the surface is everything you want to do?
I love those blissfully happy moments. The ones where you just become unabashedly joyful at the littlest things.
I am a zealous activist of wearing clothes that you like and that you feel comfortable in. Comfortable is confident, and confident is classy. Staying true to your preppy self doesn't mean putting on the best clothes every day or always accesorizing to the T. Staying preppy means staying you and staying true to God.
